She currently performs with the University of Manitoba’s Opera Ensemble and is a pianist for the Advanced Opera Studies program at the university. In 2014, she was the orchestral/rehearsal pianist for Opera NUOVA’s production of Bernstein’s Candide in Edmonton, and Manitoba Underground Opera’s La Clemenza di Tito, by Mozart. Born and based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Renate is excited to music direct her first show in Chilliwack this summer, working with her friend and colleague, Nicola!
